A D-retro-inverso peptide that disrupts the FOXO4–p53 interaction, widely studied in senescence and longevity research for selectively clearing senescent cells.
Mechanism
Competes with p53 binding to FOXO4 in senescent cells, releasing p53 to trigger their apoptosis — a widely used tool in senescence research.
