Who we are
Pioneer Peptides Ltd (“Pioneer”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in England & Wales, trading as Pioneer Research Peptides at pioneerpeptides.co.uk. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect

We do not ask for, and do not want, information about your health. Please don't send it to us. Our products are supplied for laboratory research use only and we cannot advise on personal use.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not use cookies, and carries no advertising, analytics or tracking technology of any kind. We do not profile visitors and we do not share data with advertising networks.
We store a small amount of information in your browser's local storage so the site works properly. It stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Why we use your information, and our lawful basis
- To process and dispatch your order — performance of a contract with you.
- To answer enquiries — our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
- To send you stock, batch and guide updates by email — your consent, given when you join the mailing list. You can withdraw it at any time.
- To keep accounting and tax records — compliance with our legal obligations.
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud — our legitimate interest in protecting the business and our customers.
Marketing emails
We only email you marketing if you asked us to. Every email includes a way to stop, and you can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing orders@pioneerpeptides.co.uk with “unsubscribe” in the subject line. We act on requests promptly.
We send stock alerts, new batch releases and laboratory guides. We do not sell, rent or share your email address with anyone for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with organisations that help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:
- Netlify — website hosting and the forms you submit
- Our bank — to receive and reconcile payments
- Delivery carriers — the name and address needed to deliver your parcel
- Our accountant — for bookkeeping and statutory accounts
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, for example to a regulator, law enforcement or a court.
International transfers
Our hosting provider operates servers outside the United Kingdom, so your information may be processed abroad. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision covering the country concerned.
How long we keep it

- withdraw consent to marketing at any time

Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK regulator:

Age
This website is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to order and enquiry data is limited to those who need it to run the business. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use personal information we'll update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the website.
