Check three things on any certificate, ours included: the batch number matches the vial you were sent, the analytical method is named, and the chromatogram is attached. A certificate missing any of those describes some other batch, or nothing at all.

UK orders, no. We hold stock in the UK and dispatch domestically, so a UK order crosses no border — no customs stage, no import charges, no overseas delay. That's the main practical reason for a UK buyer to use a UK supplier rather than ordering from abroad, where parcels can be held, inspected or returned with no recourse.
Overseas orders do clear customs. We ship to selected countries in Europe and the rest of the world. Any duty, import VAT or carrier handling fee is payable by the recipient, not by us. Import rules differ by country and some compounds cannot be sent to some destinations — please check that what you're ordering may lawfully be imported where you are before you place it.
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day, once payment has cleared. Bank transfers usually clear same-day by Faster Payments; crypto clears on confirmation.

It is the share of the total peak area, measured by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography, that belongs to the target compound. The remaining fraction is typically truncated sequences, deletion sequences and residual reagents left over from synthesis. It is an area percentage of what the detector saw — not a mass fraction of the vial.
Worth knowing: purity and identity are different tests. HPLC tells you how pure a sample is, not what it is — that requires mass spectrometry. A supplier providing only one is giving you half the picture. We do both. More: what a purity figure actually means.
