How your order gets from our bench to yours.
£10 flat per order, UK tracked delivery — and free on orders over £70. It is shown as a separate line at checkout before you confirm, and nothing is added afterwards.
The £70 threshold is measured on the goods after any discount has come off. Volume and crypto discounts apply to the goods rather than to the postage.

Dispatch happens once payment has cleared. Bank transfers usually clear the same day via Faster Payments; cryptocurrency clears once the transaction is confirmed on-chain, which is normally quicker.
Everything is packed discreetly. There is no branding, no product names and nothing on the outside of the parcel indicating what is inside. Vials are packed in protective foam within a rigid outer box.
Lyophilised peptides are stable in transit at ambient temperature — that's the whole point of freeze-drying, and it's why research peptides ship dry rather than in solution. Cold storage matters once the material reaches you. See our storage guide.
United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched from the UK on a tracked service, and you'll receive tracking details by email once your parcel is on its way.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or the batch number on the vial doesn't match the paperwork, email orders@pioneerpeptides.co.uk with your order reference and we'll sort it. Tell us before you do anything else — we'd far rather fix a problem than read about it later.
