What it costs to send to you#

Postage#

Whichever applies is shown as a separate line at checkout before you confirm, and nothing is added afterwards. Pick your country at checkout and the figure updates.

The £6 rate is the small-parcel rate, and it applies only where everything in the basket fits a Large Letter: alcohol wipes, insulin syringes in singles or tens, and 3ml solvent vials. A 10ml vial, a 100-pack of syringes, a pen kit or any peptide vial is a parcel rather than a letter, and one of them in the basket puts the whole order on the £10 rate. We would rather state the rule than average it into both.

The free-postage threshold is a UK offer only. Overseas parcels cost us more to send than the postage line collects on most orders, so there is no free tier abroad — we would rather say that plainly than quietly build it into the prices. The £100 threshold is measured on the goods after any discount has come off; volume and crypto discounts apply to the goods rather than to the postage.

Dispatch times#

Dispatch happens once payment has cleared. Bank transfers usually clear the same day via Faster Payments; cryptocurrency clears once the transaction is confirmed on-chain, which is normally quicker.

How long delivery takes#

UK orders travel on Royal Mail Tracked 24. Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch, and the parcel is tracked end to end with a delivery confirmation. You will get the tracking number by email when it leaves us.

Dispatch and delivery are two different things, and the table above is the part we control. We can promise when a parcel leaves; we cannot promise when Royal Mail hands it over. Next working day is Royal Mail's aim and not a guarantee — most arrive the next day, and at busy times some do not. We use the faster service rather than the cheaper one precisely because that is the better bet, but we are not going to dress an aim up as a promise.

If a parcel has not arrived within three working days of dispatch, email us with your order reference and we will chase it. That is what the tracking is for.

What happens after you order#

Steps one and two are ours and we can promise them. Step three is Royal Mail’s, and it is the one we cannot.

Packaging#

Everything is packed discreetly. There is no branding, no product names and nothing on the outside of the parcel indicating what is inside. Vials are wrapped individually and sent in a cushioned padded mailer, or in a rigid outer box where the order needs one.

Lyophilised peptides are stable in transit at ambient temperature — that's the whole point of freeze-drying, and it's why research peptides ship dry rather than in solution. Cold storage matters once the material reaches you. See our storage guide.

Where we ship#

The United Kingdom, most of Europe, and a further list of countries worldwide — 51 in total. Everything is dispatched from the UK on a tracked service, and you'll receive tracking details by email once your parcel is on its way. The country selector at checkout is the definitive list: if a country is not in it, we cannot currently send there.

Destinations we have withdrawn#

This is our own record, not a legal summary: the places where a Pioneer parcel has actually been stopped, and what happened to it. We publish it because it is the part a supplier would normally keep quiet, and it is the part worth knowing.

A destination comes off the list the first time a parcel to it is lost, not the third. We would rather tell you we cannot send somewhere than take the order and lose it in transit.

What cannot be sent abroad#

Some items are UK-only, and the checkout will tell you which if one is in your basket before you pay rather than after. They fall into three groups:

• Prescription-only medicines in the UK. Exporting these is a different and larger matter than selling them domestically, and we do not do it.
• Needles, syringes and pen kits. Prohibited or restricted into a long list of countries.
• Water and solvents. Not restricted, but they are the heaviest things we sell and they push a parcel into a much more expensive band on their own. It is cheaper for everyone if you source these locally.

Customs, duty and import charges#

Any customs duty, import VAT or handling fee charged by the destination country is the buyer's responsibility and is not included in the price or the postage. We declare parcels accurately as research chemicals not for human use, with their value. We cannot mark a parcel as a gift or understate its value, and we will not do so if asked.

Delivery times outside the UK depend on the destination's customs processing and are not something we can guarantee. What happens if a parcel is actually held or seized is covered in our returns and refunds policy. Tracking will show the parcel's progress once it leaves the UK.

Check your own position before you order#

Outside the UK you are the importer. The parcel enters your country in your name, and whether it may is a question about your law, not ours — so we are not the right people to answer it, and we are not going to pretend otherwise by printing a rule here. Below is who can answer it.

The EU row is one link rather than twenty-seven because the European Medicines Agency keeps that register itself, so it stays current without us. A country not listed: search for its medicines regulator or its customs authority, and ask them directly.

If something isn't right#

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not what you ordered, email orders@pioneerpeptides.co.uk with your order reference and we'll sort it. Tell us before you do anything else — we'd far rather fix a problem than read about it later.
