Pre-mixed GH research blend (5mg+5mg)
A pre-mixed blend of CJC-1295 (no DAC) and Ipamorelin, combining a GHRH analogue with a selective ghrelin-receptor agonist to study amplified, pulsatile growth-hormone release.
Mechanism#
CJC-1295 primes the pituitary while Ipamorelin triggers a clean GH pulse; together they are studied for a synergistic effect on GH/IGF-1 output without strongly raising cortisol or prolactin.

Check your certificate#
- CJC-1295 without DAC: 3367.9 (monoisotopic 3365.89), seen as ions near 1123.0, 842.5 and 674.2. 3647.2 is the DAC version and 3357.9 is sermorelin.
- Ipamorelin: 711.86 (monoisotopic 711.39), seen as ions near 712.4 and 356.7. A mass near 768–769 is a glycine-extended variant, not ipamorelin.
- Each component on its own line. A blend certificate should identify and quantify every component separately, and the two measured amounts should sit close to the 5mg + 5mg on the label.
- Purity, if reported, with the method named and given for each component rather than as one overall figure.

What the research covers#
Each component has its own literature. Almost all published research on CJC-1295 is on the DAC version; for the form in this blend, the published work is mostly anti-doping detection chemistry rather than studies of what it does. Ipamorelin’s core research is two small late-1990s studies, in rats and in healthy men, and a 2014 phase 2 trial in 117 patients after bowel surgery, where the difference from placebo on its main measure was not statistically significant. Two figures, one for each peptide: 3367.9 for CJC-1295 without DAC (ions near 1123.0, 842.5 and 674.2) and 711.86 for ipamorelin (ions near 712.4 and 356.7). A blend certificate should identify and measure each one separately.
How should it be stored?
Sealed vial at 2-8°C, dry and dark. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic or sterile water, keep it at 2-8°C and avoid thawing and refreezing the same volume.
