What a trade account gives you

• Quoted pricing on larger orders. The basket discounts stop at 15%. Above that, or for repeat orders on a schedule, we quote per order.
• Batch documentation. Ask what documentation exists for the lot we would supply; your own team can check any certificate at source with the issuing laboratory.
• Lot information before you order. If your work needs several vials from one lot, ask and we will tell you what is in stock and which lot it comes from before you pay.
• Pro-forma invoices. Payment by bank transfer to our UK company account, against a pro-forma invoice issued in your organisation’s name.
• Same-day UK dispatch on orders confirmed before 2pm, tracked and plainly packaged.
• Items we do not hold in stock can often be ordered in for you. We will give you a lead time with the quote.
