Reading this result
Purity here is reported by HPLC as area percent of UV-absorbing material — the main peak’s share of what the detector saw, not a mass fraction. The quantity result is reported separately because a vial can show and still contain counterion, bound water and residual salt alongside the peptide.
Sermorelin is a 29-amino-acid fragment corresponding to the N-terminal region of growth-hormone-releasing hormone, used in laboratory work on GHRH receptor signalling. All material is supplied strictly for laboratory research use and must not be administered to humans or animals.
